Any merchandise purchase from Positive Inkfluencer is covered under 15 days return policy however, the return policy has some eligibility criteria that are mentioned below:
- Faulty Item Received: If you have order the product and if the product is not in right shape as it should be please write us at [email protected] along with the picture of the product within 24-48 hours of shipping.
- Wrong size received: If you have receive wrong size then you order, kindly write us at [email protected] along with the order number.
- What happens if I type in the wrong address? : If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at [email protected] & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
Note: Return merchandise must be unworn and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
